Built in 1969, 1900 Avenue of the Stars underwent two renovations in 1993 and 2000.  The 2000 renovation included a new main lobby featuring an open two-story atrium with floor-to-ceiling translucent glass walls and high quality finishes, a redesigned underground porte-cochere, and exterior greenscaped paths lined with Jacaranda trees and accentuated with dramatic bollard lighting.
