Parking
The 1900 AOTS is a
Class-A high-rise office building consisting of a
four-level (4), stall subterranean garage, on acres
of land in the exclusive Century City area of West
LA. All visitors’ parking is located on the A-level
where valet parking is provided. All monthly
parking is located throughout B, C, or D levels
unless otherwise assigned a reserved stall on any of
the levels. All B, C, and D levels of the garage
employ an attendant whom will gladly park the
tenants’ cars.
The parking
facilities are available for monthly parkers 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Vehicles parked
overnight without the consent of the Office of the
Building will be subject to a citation and/or towing
at the vehicle owner’s expense.
The parking garage
is managed by an on-site parking management company
located on A-level. Each Tenant is billed on a
monthly basis through the parking office. The
Parking Manager and Assistant Manager also assist
Tenants in purchasing validation stamp books.
Parking rates are as follows:
2.50 parking permits
per 1,000 usable square feet available. Ampco System
Parking operates the parking services at 1900 Avenue of
the Stars.
Security
24-hour manned security station, 7 days a week. A card-key
access system is used for after hours and is linked to the
system which protects the attached parking garage. Security services are provided by Universal
Protection Services. The main security desk is
located on A-Level. An additional staffed security
station is provided in the main Lobby. Security
for the building is provided 24 hours a day. The
building is equipped with security cameras and emergency
call boxes at various locations. Patrols are
conducted on a continual basis throughout the building
to include stairwells, garage, perimeter, and all
floors.
Janitorial Services
Building janitorial services are provided by ABM
Janitorial. In addition to general cleaning, ABM
Janitorial also provides periodic cleaning of
office spaces Monday through Friday including dusting mini blinds, air grills, vacuuming drapes,
upholstered furniture, cleaning and polishing all cleared
desk and tables, detail vacuum of carpet edges,
ceiling surfaces, acoustic ceiling, and other
similar surfaces applicable, and strip and reseal all
tile floors. In the common areas
ABM wipes down / washes partitions, doors and door jams,
dusting throughout, vacuuming and washing ventilation grills,
scrubs floors and shampoos carpeting. On the
building interior ABM will perform high dusting of panel
walls, wax, buff,
and scrub floors. Trash is
picked up nightly except on the weekends. Restrooms
are re-stocked throughout the day and evening.
HVAC
Available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Saturday
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. An automated system allows tenants
to order on-call after hours air and lighting services.
As an added convenience, the system can also be preprogrammed
for after hours air conditioning and lighting.
Elevators
6 high-speed passenger elevators serve levels A -15; 5
high-speed elevators serve levels A, 16-28; one freight
elevator services floors B-28. 2 separate elevators service
the 4 level subterranean parking garage.
Car Wash
Service
available
at neighbor building, 1800 Avenue of the Stars. Century
City Car wash will pick up keys from 1900 and deliver.
