Topa Management Company was established over 30 years ago to
develop, manage and own a portfolio of commercial and residential
properties and in 1981 began to offer its services to other property
owners.
Topa utilizes its highly skilled and experienced staff of professionals to determine a property owner's objective and establish a management plan to attain the balance between cash flow and asset appreciation to meet the established objective.
By coupling the efforts of its corporate Leasing professionals with industry contacts, Topa Management Company is able to reach the right tenants for its' clients’ investment properties.

President
Mr. Gienger has been with Topa Management Company since 1977 and has developed, leased, financed and managed both multi-family residential and commercial properties. Paul is a licensed broker in the State of California and the State of Hawaii and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Darren Bell
Vice President & Director of Leasing
Darren Bell has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, investment, management and development and is Topa's leasing specialist in the Los Angeles region. He has negotiated and consummated over 1,000 commercial lease transactions throughout his career.
Since joining Topa in 2002, he has been responsible for the execution of over $420 million in lease transactions representing over 1.6 million square feet. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California and a BS in economics from the University of Santa Clara. Darren is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Brad Gienger
Senior Property Manager
Brad has been with Topa Management Company for over 9 years and is responsible for the overall operations of 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars, two Class-A buildings located in Century City totaling nearly 1,000,000 square feet.
Brad is a member of (B.O.M.A.) Building Owners and Managers Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the Century City Chamber of Commerce for the past 4 years. He was the recipient of the Local B.O.M.A. Building of the Year Award in 2002 in the 500,000 - 1,000,000 square feet category for 1900 Avenue of the Stars recognizing superior design, operation and management of buildings.
Ermine' Melik-Mushkambaryan
Property Manager
Ermine´ has been Property Manager for 1900 Avenue of the Stars since December 2003. She is currently overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building as well as any intricate tenant issues.
Ermine´ has several years of property management experience and brings with her advantageous knowledge in managing building staff as well as numerous building vendors. She is looking forward to establishing a prolonged relationship with the tenants and vendors of 1900 Avenue of the Stars and will strive to provide the best service she can.
Lizeth Mares
Administrative Assistant
Lizeth provides administrative support for 1900 Avenue of the Stars.
Lizeth takes pride in maintaining effective relations with both tenants and vendors. Ms. Mares enjoys working in the field of property management and is committed to providing excellent service to our tenants.
